One of the latest trends to hit the world is online shopping. Online shopping gives individuals the ability to shop just about anywhere in the world at any time. No matter where you are, you are able to find what you need online. Many online shoppers enjoy that flexibility of shopping online but also enjoy the true bargain and choice available online as well.
A new report shows that many of the most popular retailers at you local mall are also online shopping mall favorites with consumers. Shoppers tend to frequent certain mall stores when searching for specific items. For example, Macy's is known for having a great shoe selection which Aeropostale is known for carrying the latest jean styles.
Now more shoppers are following these same buying habits online according to a report from STORES magazine, as some of the top mall stores have become online shopping favorites as well. The online shopping hubs like eBay and Amazon are still holding their own, but websites like Forever 21, Macy's and Nordstrom are gaining ground in online retail as well. This is due in part to the massive investment that these retailers have poured into their websites to make them more accessible to customers.
