Craze For Designer Shoes Makes Women Rush to Cobbler

Women can do anything to splurge on designer shoes. Rather, hardcore shoppers who love a good bargain can go to great lengths to prove that their shoes are, in fact, designer shoes. Women in New York are rushing to a cobbler on the Upper East Side who is painting the soles red- literally- like Louboutin. Christian Louboutin is one of the most famous houses that craft designer shoes for the elite. Louboutin is famous for his trademarked red soled shoes which women die for.
Women in NYC are thronging this cobbler named Byron Brito of Andrade Shoe Repair who is painting the soles of their shoes red, making them look like designer shoes. The shoes are painted all for $32. But the designer shoes sold by Louboutin come at a high price i.e. they are priced above $600. It was introduced in 1992 when he painted red nail polish on the sole of the shoe. These shoes adorn the feet of celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Oprah Winfrey.
He had this idea when he was repairing a woman's pair. He added a rubber sole in front to protect it and applied custom blend paint for the uniform red look. Now he does the same with the other shoes or simply paints the soles red.
